Invite your team
Roles and the permission matrix for viewer, member, admin, and owner.
Invite your team
Admin+Inbox Ledger uses four roles: viewer, member, admin, and owner. New invitees default to member unless you pick something else. Admins and owners can invite or remove people, so the invite controls are visible to them.
Permission matrix
A check means the role has that capability.

How to invite
Open Settings then Members
From the dashboard sidebar, open Settings and switch to the Members tab.
Click Invite Member
The invite dialog opens.
Enter their email and pick a role
Choose viewer, member, or admin. Ownership is non-assignable from this screen, so owner is not an option here.
Click Send Invitation
The invitee receives an email with an accept link. They sign in once and join your organization at the role you picked.

The accept link is valid for 7 days. You can change a member's role or remove them at any time from the same Members tab.
One-owned-org rule. A user can be the owner of at most one organization. They can still be a member, admin, or viewer in any number of other organizations they are invited to.
