The AI extraction pipeline pulls the vendor, total, tax, line items, date, and invoice number from each PDF. Your documents are organized by vendor and tag, then exported to your accounting stack: QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Google Drive, Google Sheets, or OneDrive. A reconciliation engine matches them against bank statements you upload, so your books close faster.
