Add-ons
OwnerAdd-ons unlock a single capability on top of whatever plan you are on. There are two of them, and the organization owner buys them.
The two add-ons
- Email Routing at $15/mo. Forwards processed invoices and receipts to external recipients based on rules you define. Read more in Email Routing.
- Webhooks at $19/mo. Sends document and invoice events to your own systems as they happen. Read more in Webhooks.
Each add-on works on any plan, so you do not need to upgrade your whole subscription to turn one capability on.
Already in Premium
Both add-ons are included in the Premium plan. When Premium already covers a capability, the matching add-on cannot be purchased, because you would be paying twice for the same feature.
Only the organization owner can buy add-ons, the same as plans and credits. Admins can use the capabilities once they are unlocked, but the purchase itself stays with the owner. See Billing and credits for how purchases and the payment portal work.
