Add-ons
Add Email Routing, Webhooks, or Xero on top of your plan. Each add-on is a separate monthly subscription, and the organization owner buys them.
Add-ons unlock a single capability on top of whatever plan you are on. There are three of them, and the organization owner buys them.
The three add-ons
- Email Routing at $15/mo. Forwards processed invoices and receipts to external recipients based on rules you define. Read more in Email Routing.
- Webhooks at $19/mo. Sends document and invoice events to your own systems as they happen. Read more in Webhooks.
- Xero at $15/mo. Pushes extracted invoices into Xero as draft Bills. Read more in Push to QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics.
Email Routing and Webhooks work on any plan, so you do not need to upgrade your whole subscription to turn one capability on. Xero is the exception. It needs an active paid plan underneath it, so it cannot be bought while your organization is on the free tier.
Already in Premium
All three add-ons are included in the Premium plan, and the Firm tier covers Xero as well. When your plan already covers a capability, the matching add-on cannot be purchased, because you would be paying twice for the same feature.
Only the organization owner can buy add-ons, the same as plans and credits. Admins can use the capabilities once they are unlocked, but the purchase itself stays with the owner. See Billing and credits for how purchases and the payment portal work.
