Send captured invoices and receipts to Google Drive, Google Sheets, OneDrive, QuickBooks, and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Exports
Admin+Exports send your captured documents out of Inbox Ledger and into the tools your firm already uses. There are two families of export.
Two families of export
Cloud storage exports drop a copy of each document file into a connected account.
- Google Drive. Upload the original PDF into a Drive folder you pick.
- Google Sheets. Append each document as a row in a spreadsheet.
- OneDrive. Upload the original PDF into a OneDrive folder you pick.
Accounting exports push the extracted data into your bookkeeping ledger.
- QuickBooks. A pushed invoice becomes a Bill in QuickBooks Online.
- Dynamics 365 Business Central. A pushed invoice becomes a Purchase Invoice.
Connect an integration
Connecting any integration is an admin or owner action. Open Dashboard, then Settings, then the Integrations tab. Each provider has a Connect button that walks you through the provider's sign-in.
Connecting an integration requires the admin or owner role. Running an export on a document that is already captured is open to the member role and above.
Run an export
Export one document from its row menu in Documents. Open the row menu and pick Export to Drive, Export to OneDrive, Export to Sheets, Push to QuickBooks, or Push to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
To export several documents at once, select them in Documents and use the batch bar buttons labeled Drive, OneDrive, and Sheets, plus the accounting push buttons.
Automatic exports
Auto-export targets fire on every new document as it is captured, so a connected target keeps itself up to date without any clicks. A manual export that you run by hand does not retry on failure. If a manual export fails, run it again from the document.
