Share a document
Create a public link to a single document so someone outside your organization can view it. Pick an expiry and revoke the link anytime.
A public link lets you send one document to someone outside your organization without giving them a login. The link shows the PDF and the extracted data for that single document.
Create a share link
Find the document
Open Documents from the dashboard, and locate the row you want to share.
Click Share
Click Share on that document's row to open the link options.
Pick an expiry
Choose how long the link stays live: 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or Never.
Copy the link
Copy the generated link and send it to whoever needs it. Anyone with the link can view that one document.
Manage active links
You can revoke a link at any time, which makes it stop working right away. A single document can have up to 20 active links, so you can send separate links to different people and revoke them one by one.
Sharing is available to the member role and above. A link only exposes the one document it was created for, never your wider inbox.
